WHAT IS WASTE INCINERATION VEHICLE / MEDICAL GARBAGE BURNING TRUCK ?
A medical waste incineration vehicle, related to the technical field of medical waste and waste treatment equipment, comprising a loading vehicle and a sterilization incinerator. The lower part of the chassis at the rear of the loading vehicle is equipped with driving wheels, and the upper part is equipped with a vehicle box. The sterilization incinerator is fixedly installed inside the vehicle box. Sliding doors are installed on the two sides of the vehicle box. The exhaust pipe of the sterilization incinerator extends to the top of the vehicle box. The main combustion furnace of the sterilization incinerator is connected to a fuel tank, and the ash outlet of the sterilization incinerator extends below the chassis. This utility model can effectively solve the problem that the medical waste sterilization equipment in the existing technology cannot be moved according to needs, cannot adapt to the treatment of temporary medical waste in medical points, and cannot meet the needs of rapid treatment of medical waste in disaster relief sites. Due to its small scale, it improves the convenience of use, reduces the cost and footprint of waste treatment, and can also be used as a hazardous and emergency material equipment.

Vehicle dimensions: 4995 * 1665 * 2220, external dimensions of the incinerator are approximately 1630 * 1050 * 1130 (mm), furnace dimensions are 1000 * 650 * 450 (mm), and the designed incineration capacity is around 80 pounds. The self weight of the furnace body is about 800 kilograms.
The incinerator has a light weight: it is made of specially designed high-temperature resistant cotton and new special materials, which are lightweight and meet the approved load requirements of the vehicle. It does not overload and adopts a specially designed fire and wind system, which generates vortices in the furnace and heats up extremely quickly. The firepower fully wraps around the burned material in all directions, with strong and fast firepower.

1. The fire curtain burns. A fire curtain with a thickness of about 100mm is designed in the secondary combustion chamber. The harmful smoke generated by the primary combustion is completely burned when passing through the fire curtain area above 1000ºC, which has the effect of removing harmful substances and harmless treatment.
2. The furnace temperature is high. Both the primary combustion chamber and the secondary combustion chamber adopt refractory insulation materials, which can effectively increase the temperature of the furnace, accelerate the ignition of the processed objects and promote the exhaustion of the flue gas.

3. Good energy saving effect. The use of high-quality burners, coupled with a reasonable internal structure design of the furnace, speeds up the burning speed of the processed objects, saves working time, and has a significantly higher energy-saving effect than similar domestic products.
4. Harmless emission. This equipment adopts advanced incineration technology, and the exhaust emission can achieve no black smoke, no peculiar smell, and no large particles of dust. The primary combustion chamber of the incinerator is large, which is not conducive to the floating of the dust particles after the combustion of the processed material. With a fire curtain, the harmful components in the flue gas are completely burned; the secondary combustion chamber is equipped with a rotating flue, and the flue gas A small amount of fly ash in the air will be removed under the action of centrifugal force, realizing harmless discharge.

Product Description

The chassis configuration adopts the Foton Xiangling M1 chassis, Dong'an 112 horsepower National VI gasoline engine, 5-speed gearbox, and the cab is equipped with a central locking system, electric doors and windows, and air conditioning.
Upper configuration: Our company's independently developed third-generation incinerator is made of a new material, high-temperature resistant cotton.
It has a newly designed and applied wind and fire system, furnace structure, etc. Currently, the special work vehicle installed and using this equipment has been recognized by relevant national departments and approved as a legally qualified animal incineration vehicle.

The incinerator is installed in a 6-meter-long container, and the combustion capacity of the incinerator is about 60 kg-800 kg/h. The container is equipped with lighting, electricity, safety equipment and ventilation system. They are operated by the PLC in the control panel. It can quickly, efficiently and conveniently dispose of solid waste and hazardous materials.Container incinerators can be used to treat garbage collected in schools, bus stations, ports, airports, squares, hospitals and other public places, as well as plastic, rubber, film, leather, resin, paper, and medical waste. The specially designed furnace and fire air structure ensure that the exhaust gas (smoke) generated has been fully burned in the first and second combustion furnaces, achieving good performance. Easy maintenance and low cost: The furnace is designed with exclusive technology, which has good performance, simple and convenient maintenance, and low cost, saving time and effort.
For safety reasons (to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning), we have designed the work compartment and cab separately.
